This is the second Knox cross clock I have bought. The first was a souvenir to myself from Mousehole, I ummed and ahhed as it was an expensicve self-gift – but I really love it.Now I have bought one for a friend who is celebrating 40years professed as a nun. I hope she will appreciate it as the craft work on it is beautiful, the celtic design and story behind it is fascinating. Above all, it is a oractical and sturdy gift which sits well on a mantelpiece or a desk.
Buying online was easy and efficient. It arrived within days. There’s a lifetime guarantee. The pewter work is very attractive and the clockface easy to read. Slightly fiddly to adjust the time but the quartz clock ushes back easily into the centre of the cross. It is such a lovely reminder of Cornwall where my maternal prandparents lived.
