Standard Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receipt.
During peak order periods some items may be out of stock but we will contact you if your delivery is going to be delayed.
UK – Standard postage – £3.00
UK – FREEPOST – on orders over £30 value. This does not include Special Delivery.
UK – Special Delivery – £7.30 Please note that your order must be placed before 11.30am, Mon – Friday, stock permitting. (There is no special delivery service on a Saturday). Also recommended for orders over £80.
INTERNATIONAL – Standard postage – airmail/small packet post (depending on weight) – Zone1 £9.50 : Zone2 £11.40 : Zone3 £10.50 (our experience suggests this is a 3-10 day service from dispatch, being nearer 10 days for the USA, Australia and New Zealand).
INTERNATIONAL – Tracked Delivery – airmail/small packet post (depending on weight) – Zone1 £9.50 : Zone2 £16.50 : Zone3 £15.50 (our experience suggests this is a 3-10 day service from dispatch, being nearer 10 days for the USA, Australia and New Zealand) – we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can see the status of your delivery.
During the checkout process you can choose to send items to different destination addresses. There is no extra charge for this service.
If you are in any way unhappy with any items you have purchased from us, you can return them to us for either an exchange of size/colour or a refund within 30 days of their arrival.
Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
If you decide to return a non-faulty item to us, you will be responsible for safe return of the item and costs involved.
Please enclose a brief covering letter with your return that clearly states your name, address, contact telephone number and original order number. Also see below.
How do you wish to proceed?
I want a refund – please let us know this in the covering letter.
I want to exchange the size or stone colour – please state the size/colour you now require.
I want a different item – Send the original item to us and we will refund you. Then order the new item on our website and pay as normal.

We cannot refund or exchange products for people who have received our items as a gift. You will need to ask the purchaser of the item to arrange this for you.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged, or get lost in transit, will not be refunded.
We regret that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings for pierced ears, unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
