How do I exchange a product for a different size?

You are welcome to exchange your product for an alternative size – simply return the item to our head office address (see below), complete with a brief note stating the current size of the item, your preferred size as well as your desired return delivery address – we will then deal with your query as promptly and efficiently as possible.

How do I exchange a product for a different item?

To save confusion we ask that customers return the original item to us for a full refund and in the meantime place a fresh order for the new item.

This saves a great deal of problems with us having to part refund or add to a credit card payment as we do not hold
your card details.

Please return the original item to us along with a brief covering letter that clearly states your original order number and a contact telephone number. We will then arrange a refund to your card.

How do I find out my ring size?

The best, and most accurate, way to find out your ring size is to visit a local jeweller where they can measure your finger or an existing ring. Please ask for the measurement to be from the leading edge.

How do I return a product?

If you are in any way unhappy with any items you have purchased from us, you can return them to us for either an exchange of size/colour or a refund within 30 days of their arrival.

Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

If you decide to return a non-faulty item to us, you will be responsible for safe return of the item and costs involved.

Please enclose a brief covering letter with your return that clearly states your name, address, contact telephone number and original order number.

How do I clean my product?

Pewter and Cornish Tin items

Pewter can tarnish with age giving it a distinctive patina. However, to restore the bright polished look it can be revived by rubbing the item with a polishing cloth, or if necessary, using a wet polishing paste such as Autosol. Normally a regular wash with soapy water and a thorough drying will be suffice.

Silver items

Silver will tarnish, unless it is lacquered. The easiest way of rejuvenating tarnished items is using a silver dip followed by rinsing and drying. Also a dry silver polishing cloth is very effective.

Bronze items

If the jewellery is left unworn for long periods of time it could naturally tarnish and become a little dull. The original bright shine can be restored by regularly using a jewellery polishing cloth. Severe tarnishing can be removed by using a mild abrasive polish such as Brasso or Autosol. Do not use a silver dip, as a chemical reaction could occur damaging the metal.

 

Do you dispatch items internationally?

We ship items to most countries around the world – the cost of international delivery is £7.00. Our experience suggests this is a 3-10 day service from dispatch, being nearer 10 days for the USA, Australia and New Zealand

Do you offer gift wrapping and how much does it cost?

We can gift wrap your purchases for a small charge of £2.40 per item. Please make sure you check the box when you add your item to the shopping cart.

Please note that as a requirement of the postal service all our mail is sent out with our logo displayed on the packaging. If you would like to keep your gift a surprise then please request plain packaging in the special notes box when processing your order.

How long does it take to dispatch an item?

If the item(s) are in stock and placed before 2pm, they will be dispatched same day. Any items that are not in stock the customers will be notified either by telephone or email. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

Can I buy a ring in Pewter?

No –  the metal of pewter is too soft to make into a ring, it would not keep its shape and would break easily.

Can I get an item engraved?

Unfortunately we do not offer an engraving service

I have lost one of my earrings, can I purchase a single replacement?

Yes, if you lose an earring and require a replacement, providing we still stock those particularly earrings, we can sell you just the one. We would just to need to know whether it is the left or right earring that you require the replacement for.

My St Justin item is damaged, what can i do?

All St Justin jewellery and giftware comes complete with a lifetime guarantee on the product’s workmanship, meaning we are able to repair/replace your product free of charge.

Please return the item to us along with a brief covering note that clearly states the nature of the damage, along with a stamped addressed envelope for returns.
