The Robin on a branch broach was a bereavement gift for a special friend and the broach itself did not disappoint, I am sure it will be a comforting reminder of a special someone. However the “gift wrapping” service made the item look cheap and nasty! I removed the wrapping and the earring box it came in and went out and bought something a little more fitting for the gift. Excellent ordering process, delivered on time, disappointing ‘gift wrapping’ hence 4 stars
